If you’re based in the UK packages are dispatched via post approximately 2 weeks before the event.
If you’re from outside the UK and have purchased a VIP Package, these will be available for pick up on the day from the VIP Reception/Hospitality entrance.
Please Note: Tables will be set for 8 – 12 guests. Smaller parties will be sat on shared tables. The complimentary bar will serve a selection of wines, prosecco, beer and soft drinks
*Spirits, Champagne and premium wines may be purchased in addition to the package, on the day. All additional purchases on the day can be made via credit / debit card payment only. The bar will close 30 minutes prior to the final act finishing.
The hospitality facility and bar opens at 15.00. Full timings to be communicated in due course. All package locations & timings are subject to change. Unfortunately, the Hospitality area is strictly over 18 only and cannot accommodate children.
All guests will be contacted prior to the event (typically three weeks before) to confirm all dietary requirements, special requests, table arrangements – should you wish to be sat with other parties.

Special Conditions for Proms in the Park VIP Hospitality Package

You will be sent an email within one week of the event, confirming directions, along with a map so you can plan your arrival.
We recommend Marble Arch (Central Line) or Hyde Park Corner (Piccadilly Line) tube stations, and then follow signs.
There is no parking included in this package; we would recommend using public transport to get to and from the event.
The hospitality facility and bar opens at 15:00, the bar will close 30 minutes prior to the final act finishing.
You will be able to see the main stage, please be aware that the hospitality structure is 190m from the stage.
This will be a prosecco reception.
This will be sandwiches, scones and baked cakes/desserts, served seated at your table.
The complimentary bar will serve a selection of wines, prosecco, beer and soft drinks. Spirits, champagne and premium wines may be purchased in addition to the package, on the day. All additional purchases on the day can be made via credit card payment only. The bar will close 30 minutes prior to the final act finishing.
Due to the package including a complimentary bar we ask that you do not bring any alcohol with you.
