Hospitality Itinerary – All Days
11:30 am – Gates to open & guests to arrive
12:00 pm –Food service to commence
1:30 pm – First Race
5.20 pm – Last Race
5:50 pm – Last Orders (30 minutes after the start of the last race)
6.20 pm – Carriages – Course Closes

Dress Code
Gentlemen are required to wear a well-tailored suit jacket or a blazer with smart trousers, together with a shirt, collar, and tie.
Ladies are required to dress smartly, with no excessively revealing clothing.
- No denim jeans of any colour
- No trainers
- No shorts
- No sportswear
- No fancy dress will be permitted

Entry To The Racecourse
Car Parking
Car Parking at Chester Racecourse for hospitality guests can be accessed on the Open Course (middle of the racetrack) via Gate 11. You do not require a car parking pass as your hospitality ticket will be scanned upon entry.
Road Closures
There will be road closures in place on New Crane Street, Lower Watergate Street and Nuns Road from 9am. Please follow all directional signage, use the post code CH1 4LZ, please leave plenty of time to make your journey.
Other Notes
Cashless Course
Chester Racecourse now operates on a ‘cashless’ basis at all food and drink outlets. Cash may still be used when placing bets with all on-course Bookmakers and ChesterBet outlets.
Tickets
Your tickets will have been emailed to you. Feel free to print these e-tickets and distribute them to your party as required, or show your ticket at entry via your smartphone.
