We are excited to announce that Henley Festival will take place in July 2024.
Kickstart your summer with an evening of exquisite dining, drinks, and entertainment at the UK’s only black-tie festival. Whether it’s a sophisticated fine dining experience with clients, a casual staff event, or a special night out with friends, we offer a wide array of hospitality packages designed to impress your guests.
The festival is a unique event held at a quintessentially British location on the banks of the River Thames, featuring a vibrant program of music, comedy, magical street theatre, and art, with equal billing for gastronomy. Established in 1982 as a charity, Henley Festival remains committed to supporting the arts through our charitable initiative, RISE, which provides paid work experience opportunities for the next generation of talented performers, artists, and technicians aspiring to work in the creative arts industry. Our official hospitality packages combine VIP seats for our Floating Stage Concert with dining in one of our seated restaurants or exclusive use of one of our stunning hospitality venues, where we can create a bespoke package to entertain clients or host a staff event. From the moment your guests enter the gates of this magical event, they will be treated to an unforgettable summer evening.

The Riverside Restaurant
The Riverside Restaurant is renowned for its exquisite fine dining experience, complemented by serene river views and a relaxed ambiance. Upon arrival, your guests will be greeted with a champagne reception, followed by a delectable three-course meal before taking their seats for the Floating Stage Concert. Post-concert, guests can reconvene at their tables to enjoy a lively evening of dancing accompanied by the Riverside’s in-house live band.

The Pontoon
The Pontoon is a two-storey private entertaining space floating on the River Thames with unparalleled views of the river and the Festival site. The most unique venue on the Festival site, it is available for exclusive hire and provides a unique fine dining space for up to 50 guests on each level, or you can gather for drinks and canapes with your guests prior to the Floating Stage concert. Each deck has a private bar and the area can be tailored to your requirements with company branding and individual touches. Larger groups can hire both decks of The Pontoon to entertain up to 100 guests.
