Wales will face Italy on Saturday, 14 March 2026, at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff, with kick-off scheduled for 16:40. 

This fixture is part of Super Saturday, the final and decisive day of the 2026 Six Nations Championship, and will be the second of three matches played that day. Italy has had the upper hand in recent meetings, securing back-to-back wins over Wales, including a 22-15 victory in Rome during the 2025 Championship
