Bespoke Event at Cheltenham Racecourse – Arrive, Relax & Enjoy!

At AR Events, we take great pride in our bespoke events, which are hosted across the country. Each year, we organize a private, tailored event for a specific client during the Cheltenham Festival. Here’s a breakdown of what was planned for the client on Days 2 and 3 of the festival.

**Before the Event**: The event was coordinated with a friendly member of our sales team. Specific personal requirements, such as room configuration and meal choices were addressed with Samantha, who guided the client through the finer details.

**Day 1**: Our AR Events staff arrive before the client’s arrival to ensure everything is perfectly in place. Upon arrival at The Devere Waterpark Hotel, rooms are pre-arranged with names and personal requests. We also set up a private drinks tab, allowing the lead host to relax while guests could enjoy drinks without worrying about payment.

**Day 2**: Guests start their day with a full English breakfast before heading to the races. Samantha and Charlie meet with all guests to provide a full meet-and-greet service, distributing tickets and hospitality badges. Once everyone is accounted for, the guests are escorted to their private coach, heading off to Cheltenham Racecourse for an unforgettable hospitality experience at one of the year’s biggest horse racing events.

**The Event Continues**: After the races, all guests return to the hotel to a private suite featuring a pan-Asian buffet, a private bar, and music. This setting allows everyone to catch up on the day’s events, network, and enjoy the exclusive space after an exciting day at the races.
