VIP Hospitality at BBC Proms in the Park

The 2015 Last Night of the Proms celebrations in Hyde Park was hosted by Proms in the Park stalwart Sir Terry Wogan. The open-air concert featured a host of musical stars, including Proms in the Park favourites the BBC Concert Orchestra under the baton of Richard Balcombe, and special guests Danielle de Niese, Alison Balsom, Russell Watson and The Jacksons.
Presenter Tony Blackburn got the party under way, introducing a range of artists, including the Mavericks, Caro Emerald, Beverley Knight, Matt Cardle the cast of Memphis and Jack Pack.
The BBC Proms in the Park Restaurant set within a unique vantage point overlooking the arena provided a great base for the day with an exclusive terrace looking across to the stage. A top class catering offer was provided by the BBC Proms in the Park caterers, Mecco, using fresh local produce accompanied by excellent wines.
The VIP Hospitality package this year was provided at £330 plus VAT (£396) per person and included:
- Dedicated VIP hospitality entrance
- Special guest accreditation
- Private terrace with unrivalled views of the stage
- A place in the BBC Proms in the Park exclusive glass-fronted VIP Restaurant
- Drinks and canapé reception
- Three course dinner served with fine wines followed by cheese and coffee
- Complimentary bar
- Souvenir programme
- Waitress service
- Dedicated luxury toilet facilities
- Direct access to the park
VIP Hospitality opened from 4.30pm and the evening started with a drink and canapé reception from 5pm.
The main event concluded at 10:30pm.
Private tables were available for between 8 – 12 guests with shared facilities for smaller parties. Unfortunately, VIP Hospitality cannot accommodate children under the age of 14 years.
